Getting Started

How to Get Started

Getting started begins with reaching out. Tell us a little about who is seeking therapy, what you'd like support with, whether you prefer in-person or virtual sessions, and any preferences you have for your therapist. From there, we can help determine whether Full Circle Counseling and Wellness may be a good fit and discuss next steps for scheduling.

Call us at 814-313-4415, email ekoppenhofer@cgrc.org, or request an appointment online.

What to Expect

Your first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to begin getting to know one another. Your clinician will typically ask about what brings you to therapy, relevant history, current concerns, strengths, relationships, and what you hope might change. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions and begin deciding whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.

Many clients begin with weekly sessions because consistency can help build momentum and establish the therapeutic relationship. Depending on your needs and progress, you and your therapist may eventually discuss meeting less frequently.

Fees

$125 individual therapy · $150 couples and family therapy · 50-minute sessions

We're currently private pay. We're in the process of joining Aetna's network and will update this page once coverage is confirmed. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Some clients value private-pay therapy because it can provide greater choice in selecting a clinician and allow treatment decisions to remain centered on the client's goals rather than insurance requirements.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including therapy sessions.

  • Make sure you receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask us, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
